Rohini

Rohini is a nakshatra. Its deity is Prajapati. Its ruler in the Vimshottari is Indu. The offering recorded for it says that Prajapati created the creatures and they moved away from him; he meditated on Rohini and wished that she would return to him and that he would unite with her; he made an offering to Prajapati and to Rohini, and she returned and he united with her.
